WRR Publication
A new publication in Water Resources Research (Longyang and Zeng, 2023) describes a temporal analysis framework that is useful to quantify the decisions and trade-offs made by reservoir operators when managing for multiple outcomes. Burcu Tezcan and Krista Lawless awarded CAP Water Research Awards
